摘　　要：《清前期重大自然灾害与救灾机制研究》一书以清前期灾赈机制及其社会效应的横向剖析为纲,以灾赈机制各环节关涉的重要赈济制度的纵向梳理为目,对清代灾害治理研究做出了重要学术贡献。该书揭示了清前期的灾赈机制,厘清了清前期灾赈机制运行涉及的一系列重要赈济制度的形成、演变乃至实施情况,阐释了清前期不同的人(群)在灾赈机制建设和运行过程中的作用及其与制度之间的博弈,在深化和拓展灾害史研究方面具有诸多启示意义。Research on Major Natural Disasters and Disaster Relief Mechanism in the Early Qing Dynasty, by Zhou Qiong,analyzes disaster relief mechanism and its social effects in the Early Qing Dynasty with discussing major disaster relief systems of disaster relief mechanism, which makes an important contribution to the research of the disaster management in the Qing Dynasty.The book reveals the disaster relief mechanism in the Early Qing Dynasty systematically and constitutes the formation, development and implementation of a series of systems of disaster relief mechanism in the Early Qing Dynasty. Moreover, the author clarifies the role of different people or groups in the process of construction and operation of disaster relief mechanism with the interactions between people and disaster relief systems in the Early Qing Dynasty,which has a number of enlightenments on how to expand and deepen the study of natural disaster history.
