摘　　要：学术界对于西北干旱区传统乡村社会的水利秩序的形成及其变化过程一直所知甚少。通过梳理和分析晚清吐鲁番厅衙门的水利诉讼档案,整理了《葡萄沟水善后分水章程》的具体内容及“旧章”之名下章程实际内容的变化过程,展现出光绪初年以来吐鲁番乡村社会秩序的有序化和整合过程中国家力量的介入,以及地域社会村庄间力量的博弈与乡村社会水利秩序重构的过程与机制。Due to the lack of relevant documents, the academic circles have known little about the formation and change process of the water conservancy order in the traditional rural society of the arid area in the Northwest of China. By combing and analyzing the archives about water conservancy lawsuit of the Turpan Office in the late Qing Dynasty, this paper reconstructs the specific content of the“The Countermeasures of Water Distribution Regulations for Grape Valley Rive”and the process of changes in the practical content of the regulations under the name of the“old chapter”. This paper reveals the intervention of the state power in the progress of regulating and integrating the order in rural society of Turfan, as well as the process and mechanism of the power game in regional society and the reconstruction of the water conservancy order in rural society since the early years of Guangxu.
