摘　　要：本文分析了“驻村第一书记”扶贫工作研究现状,系统梳理了高校图书馆助力“驻村第一书记”文化扶贫工作的实践活动,着重论述了高校图书馆积极助力“驻村第一书记”文化帮扶的措施,即精准助力“驻村第一书记”文化帮扶,深入挖掘利用乡村特色文化资源,注重乡村特色产品的知识产权保护,合理对接“驻村第一书记”专业背景与扶贫需求,深化“大学生+社会实践+乡村”融合发展模式等。This paper analyzes the research current situation of the poverty alleviation work of "First Secretary of the Village", systematically combs out the practical activities of university libraries in assisting the cultural poverty alleviation work of "First Secretary of the Village", and emphatically discusses the measures taken by university libraries to actively assist the cultural assistance of "First Secretary of the Village", that is, precisely assist the cultural assistance, deeply tap and utilize the cultural resources with rural characteristics, and pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights of the products with rural characteristics, reasonably connect the professional background of "First Secretary of the Village" with the needs of poverty alleviation, and deepen the integrated development model of "college students+social practice+rural areas".
