党史党建类文献数据库建设与使用情况分析研究

摘　　要：党史党建类文献记载了中国共产党的奋斗历程,是面向社会各阶层开展理想信念教育的重要资源。本文运用网络调查方法,对我国高校与省级公共图书馆党史党建类文献数据库建设与使用情况展开调查。调查结果显示,关于党史党建类文献数据库建设与使用,高校与省级公共图书馆在数字化内容的选取和组织、模式构建、多元检索服务提供、文献内容价值挖掘等方面存在一些问题。基于此,图书馆在开展党史党建类文献数据库建设时应统筹规划,制定和选取系统的数字化建设标准,实施长期可持续的文献征集策略,并充分运用数字人文等技术挖掘文献的内容价值。The red literature records the glorious history of the Chinese Communist Party and is an important resource for ideological and political education for all strata of society. This paper uses the network survey method to investigate the construction and use of red literature database in Chinese universities and provincial public libraries. The survey results show that during the construction and use of the red literature database, universities and provincial libraries have problems in the selection and organization of digital content, the models construction, the provision of multiple retrieval services, and the value mining of literature content. Based on this, the library should make overall planning when developing a red literature database, formulate systematic digital construction standards, implement a long-term sustainable literature collection strategy, and make full use of digital humanities and other technologies to mine the content value of red literature.
