摘 要:目的:分析X线平片与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术在四肢骨关节骨折诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2020年2月-2021年2月收治的196例疑似四肢骨关节骨折患者,所有患者分别实施X线平片检查与多层螺旋CT后处理技术诊断,分析诊断结果。结果:诊断准确性、敏感度、特异度、漏诊率、误诊率、图像质量优良率方面,多层螺旋CT后处理技术较X线平片优(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT后处理技术在四肢骨关节骨折诊断中的应用效果较X线更为显著,该方法不仅能够清楚地显示骨折线、骨折部位、骨折严重程度等,且可以为疾病的诊治提供数据及图像参考,值得临床采纳、推广。Objective:To analyze the application effect of X-ray plain film and multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of limb bone and joint fracture.Methods:196 patients with suspected limb bone and joint fractures were selected from Our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021.All patients were diagnosed by X-ray plain film examination and multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technology respectively,and the diagnosis results were analyzed.Results:MSCT was superior to PLAIN X-ray in diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate and excellent image quality(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of limb bone and joint fracture is more significant than X-ray.This method can not only clearly show the fracture line,fracture location and fracture severity,but also provide data and image reference for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,which is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
