多重致敏的变应性鼻炎患者血清特异性IgE分析

摘　　要：目的分析大连地区多重致敏的变应性鼻炎患者血清特异性IgE情况,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析2014年8月-2020年7月多重致敏的变应性鼻炎患者血清特异性IgE结果,按性别、年龄、变应原阳性例次、种类数量、检测时间等进行分组,比较不同组间变应原的分布情况。结果本组患者共460例,其中男性233例,女性227例。变应原阳性例数最高的前三位依次为屋尘螨/粉尘螨(23.39%)、艾蒿(20.13%)、猫(10.07%)。变应原种类最多的依次为双重(50.87%)、三重(25.22%)和四重(13.26%)。双重变应原患者中,屋尘螨/粉尘螨+艾蒿数量最多,其次为屋尘螨/粉尘螨+猫。男性对点青霉/分支孢霉/烟曲霉变应原阳性数量多于女性,而女性对狗、蛋清和羊肉的过敏数量多于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者数量最高的月份依次为9月、8月、10月。结论尘螨、艾蒿和猫是大连地区多重致敏变应性鼻炎患者的常见变应原,秋季为多重致敏变应性鼻炎患者就诊高峰期。OBJECTIVE To explore the specific IgE in the serum of patients with multiple allergic rhinitis in Dalian,so as to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this type of allergic rhinitis in Dalian.METHODS Retrospective analysis was performed on the serum specific IgE results of patients with multiple allergic rhinitis from August 2014 to July 2020,and the distribution of allergens between different groups was compared by grouping by sex,age,number of allergen-positive cases,number of allergen-positive types and detection time,etc.RESULTS There were a total of 460 patients in this group,including 233 males and 227 females.The highest number of allergenic positive cases were house dust mite/duster mite(23.39%),Mugwort(20.13%)and cat(10.07%).Double(50.87%),triple(25.22%)and quadruple(13.26%)were the most common allergens.Among the patients with dual allergens,house dust mite/duster mite+Mugwort was the most,followed by house dust mite/duster mite+cat.The number of men positive for penicillium penicillium/mycobacterium avium/Aspergillus fumigatus was higher than that of women,while the number of women allergic to dog,egg white and mutton was higher than that of men,and the difference was statistically significant.The months with the highest number of patients were September,August and October.CONCLUSION Dust mites,mugwort and cats are common allergens in patients with multiple allergic allergic rhinitis in Dalian,and autumn is the peak.
