摘  要:考核评价在中医药人才培养中发挥着导向和指挥棒作用,而现行考核评价体系中的问题主要体现在考试形式相对单一、实践教学环节评价模式不够完善、考核评价后反馈不够等3个方面。针对现行问题,以中医思维培养为导向对考核评价模式改革进行探讨,提出课程体系评价应推行综合病例考核模式,促进课程体系整合和优化,实践环节评价应借鉴课程体系评价模式,促进实践环节质量提升,注重考核评价的同时应完善反馈机制,促进教学闭环夯实,通过改革考核评价模式,以达到助力中医药人才培养的目的。Assessment and evaluation plays a guiding role in cultivating talents of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),however,the problems in the current assessment and evaluation system are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:similar examination forms,inadequate evaluation forms of practical teaching,and inadequate feedbacks after assessment and evaluation.Guided by TCM thinking cultivation,this paper proposes the following three solutions:for evaluation of curriculum system,comprehensive case assessment model should be applied in order to promote the integration and optimization of the curriculum system;for evaluation of practical teaching,the comprehensive case assessment model should be used as a reference in order to improve practical evaluation quality;for teaching feedback,the same emphasis should be placed on feedback mechanism in order to establish a closed-loop of teaching.These reforms of assessment and evaluation will help to achieve the goal of TCM talents cultivation.
