摘　　要：钬激光前列腺剜除术(HoLEP)作为良性前列腺增生(BPH)的手术方式具有较低的并发症及较长学习曲线的特点。对于许多患者HoLEP是一种较好选择,已逐渐成为内镜手术的首选,亦被认为是将来手术治疗BPH的金标准。近年来,许多研究者对HoLEP的手术方式进行了技术改进,降低了手术并发症及学习曲线,给患者及术者带来福音,但对手术的并发症很少有人进行回顾性分析。因此,本文就HoLEP并发症的病因、防治以及手术技术关键等方面进行综述,以期对BPH的诊断和治疗有所帮助。Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate(HoLEP)serves as a surgical modality of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)which has low complications and features of a long learning curve.HoLEP is a better option for many patients,it has gradually become the first choice for endoscopic surgery,and it is also considered as the gold standard for future surgical treatment of BPH.In recent years,researchers have made technical improvement on the operation mode of HoLEP,which reduces the occurrence of complications and a long learning curve,and brings good news to patients and operators,however,few people have carried out retrospective analysis on the complications of surgery.Therefore,this article reviews the etiology,prevention,and key surgical techniques of HoLEP complications in order to help the diagnosis and treatment of BPH.
