摘 要:为了探索油用型向日葵根尖细胞染色体制片技术及核型分析的方法,本研究以油用矮大头杂交种种子为研究材料,采用去壁低渗火焰干燥法和常规染色制片法进行比较,试验表明常规染色制片效果较好,可以用于核型分析,矮大头向日葵F1种子的染色体核型为2n=34=24m(Sat)+2St+8Sm(Sat)。In order to explore the techniques of chromosome production and karyotype analysis of sunflower root tip cells,the Aidatou seed of sunflower was used as the research material.The experiments were performed using the dehulled hypotonic flame drying method and the conventional dyeing method.The results showed that the conventional dyeing method was better and could be used for karyotype analysis.Chromosome analysis of sunflower chromosomes was performed by selecting clear chromosome images.The karyotype of Aidatou F1 seed was 2n=34=24m(Sat)+2St+8Sm(Sat).
