摘 要:本试验以苗用白菜高代抗根肿病自交系CRK8和高代感根肿病自交系D70为材料,对苗用白菜抗根肿病4号生理小种遗传规律进行研究。通过正交、反交和回交,获得P_(1)、P_(2)、F_(1)、反交F_(1)、BC_(1)[(P_(1)×P_(2))×P_(1)]、BC_(2)[(P_(1)×P_(2))×P_(2)]和F_(2)[(P_(1)×P_(2))]共7个世代种子。使用注射法接种鉴定后调查,结果表明正反交接种结果无差异,表现为高抗;F_(2)群体发生抗性分离,抗、感比经χ^(2)测验为3.465,符合3∶1的分离规律;BC_(1)群体发生分离,抗、感比经χ^(2)测验为0.454,抗感比符合1∶1比率。表明苗用白菜对根肿病4号生理小种的抗性受一对显性核基因控制,使用CRK8配制的杂交组合均表现为高抗根肿病也验证这一结果。BC_(2)和F_(2)中感病程度不同,说明抗性还存在微效基因的影响。The experiment was conducted to investigate the genetic inheritance to Physiological Race 4 of club resistant in seedling-edible Chinese cabbage.The high resistant inbred line CRK8 and the excellent susceptible inbred line D70 were used as materials to obtain the generations of P_(1),P_(2),F_(1),reciprocal F_(1),BC_(1)[(P_(1)×P_(2))×P_(1)],BC_(2)[(P_(1)×P_(2))×P_(2)],F_(2)[(P_(1)×P_(2))].These groups were inoculated at seedling stage using the injection method.The results showed that there was no difference in the results of the reciprocal vaccination,which showed high resistance.The F_(2) population developed resistance separation,and the resistance and sensation were 3.465 compared with the χ^(2) test,which was consistent with the separation rule of 3:1.The BC_(1) population was isolated,and the resistance and susceptibility were 0.454 compared with the χ^(2) test,and the resistance ratio was in accordance with the 1:1 ratio.The results showed that the resistance to Physiological Race 4 of the seedling-edible Chinese Cabbage to clubroot disease was controlled by a pair of dominant nuclear genes.Hybridization combinations formulated with CRK8 were shown to be highly resistant to clubroot disease and verified this result.The degree of disease is different in BC_(2) and F_(2),indicating that there is also a micro-gene effect in resistance.
