摘　　要：目的调查国内男男同性性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)艾滋病暴露前预防药物(pre-exposure prophylaxis,PrEP)知晓率现状,探讨信息、动机、行为技巧对知晓率的影响。方法于2020年12月16日—2021年3月2日选取1394名MSM作为研究对象,采用自行编制的含有信息-动机-行为技巧模型(information-motivation-behavior skill,IMB)中各模块的量表,通过Blued 7.5平台进行线上调查,采用Mplus 8.3对数据进行PrEP知晓率影响因素的结构方程模型分析,探究国内MSM一般人群中PrEP的知晓情况及其心理、社会影响因素。结果我国MSM对PrEP的知晓率为62.98%(878/1394),信息因素得分(13.66±3.22)分,行为技巧因素得分(4.31±0.59)分,动机因素得分(3.77±0.49)分。结构方程模型分析结果显示,信息和行为技巧可直接影响PrEP的知晓率,行为技巧也可在信息、知晓率与动机、知晓率间分别发挥中介作用。结论对艾滋病知识掌握越好、自我保护动机越强烈、行为技巧越好的MSM人群的PrEP知晓率越高,相关部门可考虑对MSM人群进行信息、动机、行为技巧的多维度有效干预以在整体上提高该人群的PrEP知晓率。Objective To understand the awareness rate of pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)among men who have sex with men(MSM)in China,and to explore the influence of information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)on the awareness rate.Methods A total of 1394 MSM were recruited from December 16,2020 to March 2,2021,and an online survey was conducted via Blued 7.5 platform using a self-designed questionnaire containing scales of three constructs in the IMB skills model.Mplus 8.3 was used for structural equation model analysis.Results The overall PrEP awareness rate in China was 62.98%,the scores of information factor,behavior skill factor and motivation factor were 13.66±3.22,4.31±0.59,and 3.77±0.49,respectively.Structural equation model analysis showed that information and behavioral skills could directly affect the awareness of PrEP,and behavioral skills might play mediation role between information and awareness rate as well as between motivation and awareness rate.Conclusions MSM with better knowledge of HIV/AIDS,stronger motivation of self-protection and better behavior skills tend to have higher awareness rate of PrEP.Multi-dimensional effective intervention based on IMB skills theory should be promoted in order to improve the awareness rate of PrEP among MSM.
