摘　　要：我国历史文化街区的深层次街区更新是实现区域性整体保护的重要保障,但当前开展的街区更新实施工作缺乏系统性参考方法。以北京市东城区东直门内大街西段院落群为例,梳理院落街区更新面临的主要问题,分析院落历史形态演变过程及特征,基于现有实施方法,将院落历史形态信息、实际导则要求、产权分类单元三者结合进行多因素叠加分类,划分四类实施管控单元,形成紧密结合现状与历史信息的优化实施方法,以期为具体的街区更新实施工作提供指导。Nowadays in China,thehistoric conservation areain-depth block renovation works is a significant guarantee forregional integrated conservation.However,the implementation workslack of systematicmethod.This research takes the courtyards which located in the western section of DongzhimenWaiAvenuein Beijing as an example,analyzed the main problems of in-depth block renovation work is facing and the courtyards historical form evolution,based on the existing implementation method,integrated the information of yard’s historical form with evaluation criteria of guidelines and current situation of house property rights to explore the multi-factor classification,divided four implementation control units,in order toform an optimized method that closely combines the current situation and historical information to guide the specific implementation works.
