摘  要:运用非期望产出超效率SBM模型,测算2010—2019年西南地区33个地级以上城市的土地利用效率,并运用Malmquist指数和莫兰指数分析西南地区城市土地利用效率的时空演变特征。研究结果表明:从动态演进来看,西南地区城市土地利用效率整体呈增长趋势,城市之间利用效率差异逐渐增大。2010—2019年,西南地区整体城市土地利用效率由0.791增长至0.845,增长率为5.406%;全区效率值的变异系数由0.368增加到0.391。从空间格局演变来看,西南地区城市土地利用效率空间集聚效应十分明显,呈现出“群聚群分”的空间分布格局。通过实行差别化的区域用地管控政策、优化生产要素投入、充分发挥空间集聚效应,可有效提高城市土地利用效率。This paper calculates the land use efficiency of 33 prefecture-level cities in Southwest China from 2010 to 2019 by using the SBM model of non-expected output super-efficiency,and analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of urban land use efficiency in Southwest China by using Malmquist index and Moran index.The research results show that:firstly,from the dynamic evolution of time series,the overall urban land use efficiency in Southwest China shows an increasing trend,and the difference of land use efficiency between cities is gradually increasing;from 2010 to 2019,the overall urban land use efficiency in Southwest China increases from 0.791 to 0.845,with an increase rate of 5.406%;the coefficient of variation of the efficiency value of the whole region increased from 0.368 to 0.391.Secondly,from the perspective of spatial pattern evolution,the spatial agglomeration effect of urban land use efficiency in Southwest China is very obvious,showing a spatial distribution pattern of“clustering and clustering”.Urban land use efficiency can be effectively improved by implementing differentiated regional land use management and control policies,optimizing the input of production factors and enhancing the spatial agglomeration effect.
