摘  要:脓毒症是机体对感染反应失调引起的危及生命的器官功能障碍,是临床危重症患者的主要死亡原因之一。铁死亡是一种铁依赖性的,以细胞内活性氧(ROS)堆积为特征的细胞死亡形式,脓毒症可造成细胞内ROS大量积累,诱导细胞铁死亡。核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)是抗氧化的关键调节因子,通过调节铁死亡通路相关蛋白的表达,在脓毒症所致细胞铁死亡中发挥关键保护作用。现有研究显示,激活Nrf2在脓毒症所致细胞铁死亡中有保护作用,本文通过总结Nrf2在细胞铁死亡中的调控机制,以期为脓毒症的治疗提供参考。Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by the disorder of the body's response to infection,and is one of the main causes of death in critically ill patients.Ferroptosis is a kind of iron dependent cell death,characterized by intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)accumulation.Sepsis can cause a substantial accumulation of ROS in cells.The transcription factor nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)is a key regulator of antioxidant and plays a critical protective role in sepsis induced ferroptosis by regulating the expression of proteins related to the ferroptosis pathway.Current studies have found that activation of Nrf2 has a protective effect on ferroptosis induced by sepsis.In this paper,we summarized the regulation mechanism of Nrf2 in ferroptosis,in order to provide references for the treatment of sepsis.
