补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺动脉高压(PH)的疗效。方法将60例气虚血瘀型COPD合并PH患者机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。比较治疗前后两组卡氏评分、中医症候积分、呼吸困难积分、治疗前后肺功能、血浆tPA、PAI-1和血液流变指标的变化。结果在治疗后,观察组中卡氏评分、中医症候积分、呼吸困难积分、治疗前后肺功能、血浆tPA、PAI-1和血液流变指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型COPD合并PH具有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the efficacy of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)combined with pulmonary hypertension(PH)in the type of qi deficiency and blood stasis by using a randomized grouping method.Methods Sixty patients were divided into the observation group(Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction group)and the control group.The change of Karnofsky score(KS),TCM symptom score,dyspnea score,pulmonary function,plasma tPA,PAI-1 and blood rheological indexes between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After the treatment,the improvement of the KS,TCM symptom score,dyspnea score,lung function before and after treatment,tPA,PAI-1 and blood rheology indexes were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of COPD combined with PH(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)by Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction has good clinical efficacy.
