基于互联网多模式干预在脑卒中患者延续性护理的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨“互联网+护理”模式应用在脑卒中患者医院-社区-家庭延续性护理的方法及效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年12月于本院神经内科经治疗好转后出院且家庭住址为医共体成员单位乡镇的120例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照出院先后顺序依次分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用常规性出院指导,观察组在此基础上给予医院-社区-家庭延续性护理,比较两组护理效果差异。结果护理后观察组症状自评量表(SCI-90)评分、SPBS自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组Barther指数(BI)、肢体运动功能评分、神经功能缺损评分、吞咽功能评分显示差异显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者医院-社区-家庭延续性护理,加入“互联网+护理”模式,能改善患者神经功能障碍。Objective To explore the effect of"Internet+nursing"model on continuous nursing care of hospital-community-family continuous nursing for stroke patients.Methods From March 2019 to December 2020,120 stroke patients who were discharged from the hospital after treatment and whose home address was a member of the medical community.According to the order of discharge,60 cases were included in the control group and the observation group.Routine discharge guidance was used in the control group On this basis,the observation group provided continuous hospitalcommunity-family care,and the difference of nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results The scores of SCI-90(symptom self-rating scale)and SPBS(self-perceived burden scale)in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of Barther index(BI),limb motor function,nerve function defect and swallowing function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital-community-family continuous nursing for stroke patients service of"Internet+nursing"model can improve neurological function and dysfunction.
