正念+团队技能联合训练对郁证患者负性情绪与康复的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨正念+团队技能联合训练对郁证患者负性情绪与康复疗效的应用效果。方法选取60例郁证患者,随机分成两组,每组30例。对照组采取常规的康复护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施正念+团队技能联合训练。对比两组患者干预前后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评分。结果两组患者干预前HAMA、HAMD、IPROS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组训练后第5周及延续性观察第12周评分均显著下降,HAMA评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HAMD评分差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。IPROS评分在训练干预后各分量表评分及总分均低于对照组,各项分量表评分第5周差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),第12周差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正念+团队技能联合训练有利于缓解郁证患者负性情绪,提升康复疗效。Objective To explore the application effect of mindfulness+team skill joint training on negative mood and rehabilitation efficacy in depressed patients.Methods 60 depressed patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 30 each.Control groups gave routine care and rehabilitation measures,and the intervention group was jointly trained with mindfulness+team skills based on the control group.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores and inpatient psychiatric Rehabilitation Efficacy Assessment Scale(IPROS)scores before and after intervention in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in HAMA,HAMD,IPROS scores between the first two groups before the training intervention(P>0.05).The score decreased significantly at week 5 after training and at week 12 of continuity observation in the intervention group,with significant differences in HAMA scores(P<0.05)and significant differences in HAMD scores(P<0.01).The IPROS score was lower in the score and total score after training intervention than in the control group,with significant differences in week 5(P<0.01)and week 12(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness+team skills joint training is conducive to depressed patients to improve negative mood and improve rehabilitation efficacy.
