髋关节置换术在老年股骨颈骨折治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：探讨髋关节置换术在老年股骨颈骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2017年7月-2020年7月收治的50例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分为观察组25例与对照组25例。对照组患者采用半髋关节置换术,观察组采用全髋关节置换术,对比2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、总引流量、髋关节功能恢复情况、术后并发症发病率、拔管时间与住院时间等数据。结果:经过对比分析,观察组手术时间长于对照组,总引流量、术中出血量较大(P<0.05)。但全髋关节置换治疗术可缩短患者的拔管时间、住院时间,患者的髋关节功能恢复情况与术后并发症发病率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用髋全关节置换术治疗对老年股骨颈骨折患者效果显著,可缩短患者的拔管时间、住院时间,对患者的术后并发症发病率有一定的降低作用,促进患者髋关节的功能恢复,值得在临床上大力推广。To evaluate the effect of hip replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly.Methods:A total of 50 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture enrolled in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into study group(n=25)and control group(n=25).Patients in the reference group were treated with hemi hip replacement,while patients in the study group were treated with total hip replacement.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,total drainage,function-al recovery of hip joint,incidence of postoperative complications,extubation time and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:After comparative analysis,the functional recovery of hip joint and inci-dence of postoperative complications in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the hip total joint replacement therapy for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture effect is remarkable,operation time longer than control group,the total flow rate,intraoperative blood loss is bigger,but hip joint replacement therapy can shorten the patients extubation time,length of hospital stay,the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with a certain lowering effect,promote the patients rehabilitation,is worth promoting in clinic.
