摘　　要：目的观察多种推拿手法联合治疗儿童脑性瘫痪的效果。方法择在本科予多种推拿手法联合治疗的脑瘫患儿50例,比较治疗前后的运动功能、肌张力和生活活动能力和临床效果。结果治疗后粗大运动功能(GMFM-66)、肌张力(Ashworth)评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后患儿生活活动能力评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论使用多种推拿手法联合治疗脑瘫患儿,可有效改善其粗大运动功能和生活活动能力,降低肌张力,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe effect of multiple massage manipulations on children with cerebral palsy.Methods The paper chose 50 children with cerebral palsy treated with various massage manipulations in undergraduate department,motor function,muscular tension,living activity ability and clinical effect was compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,GMFM-66 and Ashworth scores were better than before treatment(P<0.05);life activity scores of children after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of multiple massage manipulations can improve gross motor function and living activity ability of children with cerebral palsy effectively,reduce muscle tension and improve clinical effect.
