射干麻黄汤的现代临床运用和药理学的研究进展

摘　　要：为了深入探讨射干麻黄汤的作用机制,促进射干麻黄汤的理论研究和应用创新,查阅相关文献,综述了近几十年来有关射干麻黄汤临床应用和实验研究进展。射干麻黄汤对各种肺炎,支气管炎,哮喘,肺癌等呼吸系统疾病都有显著疗效,并且具有抗炎,改善气道重塑,改善肺功能,以及增强机体免疫等方面的作用。To further explore mechanism of belamcanda and ephedra decoction and promote its theoretical research and application innovation,the paper reviewed clinical application and experimental research progress of the decoction in recent decades by consulting relevant literature.Result Belamcanda and ephedra decoction has significant effect on various respiratory diseases including pneumonia,bronchitis,asthma,lung cancer,with effect of anti inflammation,improving airway remodeling,lung function,and enhancing body immunity.
