宣肺平喘化痰膏联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入疗法在COPD急性期的联合运用

摘　　要：目的探究针对慢性阻塞性肺炎急性期的患者,临床上给予宣肺平喘化痰膏联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入,对比常规治疗方式的运用效果。方法研究时间和研究对象,严格遵循随机分组原则,分成两组包括实验组(46例)采用宣肺平喘化痰膏联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入疗法,参照组(46例)采用常规治疗,对比研究过程中的各项数据及结果(临床疗效、指标、肺功能评分)。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率治疗前后咳、痰、喘等症状总评分和治疗前后肺功能总评分均明显优于参照组患者(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性阻塞性肺炎急性期患者临床上使用宣肺平喘化痰膏联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入相比普通治疗方式,中西结合,标本兼治,治疗效果显著提高,影响深远。Objective To investigate clinical effect of freeing lung,relieving asthma and reducing phlegm plaster combined with budesonide formoterol inhalation for patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia at acute stage,and compare application effect against routhine treatment method.Methods Based on study period and subjects,the paper divided them into two groups strictly according to random grouping principle.Experimental group(46 cases)was treated with freeing lung,relieving asthma and reducing phlegm plaster and budesonide formoterol inhalation therapy,andfreference group(46 cases)with routine therapy.Data and results(clinical effect,indicators,pulmonary function scores)during the study were compared.Results Total scores of cough,sputum,asthma and pulmonary function before and after treatment in experimental group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Freeing lung,relieving asthma and reducing phlegm plaster combined with budesonide fomotro inhalation can achieve significant better curative effect than routine treatment,integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treats both symptoms and root causes with far-reaching effect on COPD patients at acute stage.
