在急诊构建人工气道患者中实施集束化护理对痰痂堵管的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊建立人工气道患者中实施集束化护理对减少痰痂堵管的作用。方法选择2017年7月-2019年6月在本院急诊建立人工气道患者100例,随机分为实验组和常规组,每组各50例。常规组接受常规护理,实验组接受集束化护理,统计两组护理效果。结果实验组形成痰痂、堵塞气道发生率均显著低于常规组,对照组形成痰痂、堵塞气道百分比分别为62.00%、50.00%,实验组形成痰痂、堵塞气道百分比分别为28.00%、10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组痰液Ⅳ度、Ⅲ度比例显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在EICU时间上要短于对照组,气道护理时间也短于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊建立人工气道患者中实施集束化护理可降低痰液黏稠度,减少痰痂形成和气道堵管情况,缩短患者护理康复时间,建议推广应用。Objective To explore effect of cluster nursing on reducing blockage of sputum scab of emergency patients with artificial airway.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with artificial airway in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2019,and divided them into experimental group and routine group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with cluster nursing.Nursing effect between two groups was statistically analyzed.Results Incidence of sputum scab formation and airway obstruction in experimental group was significantly lower than routine group.Percentage of sputum scab formation and airway obstruction in control group was 62.00%and 50.00%respectively.Percentage of sputum scab formation and airway obstruction in experimental group was 28.00%and 10.00%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Percentage of sputum grade IV and III in experimental group was significantly lower than routine group(P<0.05).EICU time of experimental group was shorter than control group,airway care time was shorter than control group,data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can reduce viscosity of sputum,formation of sputum scab and blockage of airway,shorten nursing and rehabilitation time of emergency patients,it is recommended to promote application.
