负极板回路垫在高频电刀手术中的效果综合研究

摘　　要：目的讨论研究负极板回路垫应用于高频电刀手术中的应用价值与意义。方法将2019年1~12月本院手术室使用负极板回路垫的350例患者纳入到本研究中,回顾性分析上述患者的临床资料,对负极板回路垫使用情况、应用后手术效果及患者护理满意程度进行分析。结果本组采用负极板回路垫开展高频电刀手术的患者中,无一例电灼伤、压疮;本组患者对护理指导、护理操作的满意度评分分别为(95.23±3.47)分、(96.38±3.28)分。结论在为高频电刀手术患者开展手术时,采用负极板回路垫,可预防电灼伤和压疮,同时有助于进一步扩大高频电刀适用范围,对保证患者手术安全,提高手术满意度具有重要帮助。Objective To discuss application value and significance of negative plate circuit pad in high-frequency electrosurgical operation.Methods The paper chose 350 patients with negative plate circuit pad in operating room of our hospital from January to December 2019 for study,reviewed and analyzed clinical data of the above patients,application of negative plate circuit pad,surgical effect,and nursing satisfaction degree of patients.Results There was no electric burn or pressure sore for patients with negative plate circuit pad for high-frequency electrosurgical operation;satisfaction degree of patients in the group on nursing guidance and nursing operation was(95.23±3.47)and(96.38±3.28)respectively.Conclusion During high frequency electrosurgical operation,negative plate circuit pad can prevent electric burns and pressure sores,further expand application scope of high-frequency electrotome,ensure operation safety of patients,and improve satisfaction degree of surgery.
