摘 要:为了更好地探明褐铁矿型红土镍矿烧结时出现的燃耗高、转鼓强度差等问题产生的原因,本文对该矿烧结生产过程进行了分析。结果表明:红土镍矿干燥前后平均水分高(分别为32%和26%)、燃料破碎后过细(-0.5 mm粒级质量分数平均值接近50%)是造成烧结燃耗高的主要原因;制粒效果有限(混合料制粒前后粒度组成基本一致),烧结过程中燃烧带过宽(可达200 mm以上)导致烧结料层上层与中层转鼓强度不一致(分别约为44%和54%),且该矿含硅、镁高,其烧结成矿的主要物相为铁尖晶石类矿物是造成转鼓强度差的主要原因。In order to better find out the causes of high fuel consumption and poor drum strength in sintering of limonite-type laterite nickel ore, the sintering production process is analyzed.The results show that the average moisture content of laterite nickel ore before and after drying is high(32% and 26% respectively),and the too fine fuel after crushing(the average mass fraction of-0.5 mm particle size is close to 50%)is the main reason for the high sintering fuel consumption.The granulation effect is limited(the particle size composition of the mixture is basically the same before and after granulation).During sintering, the burning band is too wide(more than 200 mm),which leads to the inconsistent drum strength of the upper layer and the middle layer of the sinter bed(about 44% and 54% respectively).The ore contains high silicon and magnesium, and the main phase of its metallogenic sinter ore is chrysomelane mineral, which is the main reason for the poor drum strength.
