摘  要:烧结返矿分流工艺改变了传统上返矿均在烧结配料室添加的工艺流程,提升了烧结机的生产效率。本文围绕国内首套烧结返矿分流装置,以中天烧结配料为基础,开展了不同比例返矿分流对烧结影响的工业试验。在内返矿比例为16%的条件下,通过返矿分流0%、3%、6%和8%进行对比,发现各种分流情况下烧结指标均较基准的更好,而在返矿分流为6%时,分流对应的烧结指标最佳:与基准相比,混合料+3 mm粒级占比提高5.1%,混合料水分降低0.2%,烧结负压降低0.4 kPa,烧结提产3.1%,转鼓指数和RDI指标均有所改善。The sintering return ore diversion process has changed the traditional process of adding all the return ores in the sintering batching room and improved the production efficiency of the sintering machine.The first set of sintering return ore diversion device in China is focused on, based on the Zenith sintering ingredients, and industrial tests on the impact of different proportions of return ore diversion on sintering are carried out.Under the condition of 16% internal return ore, the sintering index is better than that of the benchmark under the conditions of 0%,3%,6% and 8% of return ore diversion.At the 6% return ore diversion, the sintering index corresponding to the diversion is the best: compared with the benchmark, the ratio of mixed material +3 mm is increased by 5.1%,the moisture of the mixture is reduced by 0.2%,the negative pressure of sintering is reduced by 0.4 kPa, the sintering production is increased by 3.1%,and the drum index and RDI index are improved.
