摘 要:通过实验室和工业试验,探索了有机膨润土替代传统无机膨润土进行球团生产的可行性。结果表明:有机膨润土性能整体优于无机膨润土,使用有机膨润土后,膨润土单耗下降4.30 kg/t,球团矿品位提高0.2%,但同时也导致球团产量下降,消耗指标升高,成品球抗压强度有所下降。实际生产中,通过降低链箅机机速、台时产量和提高焙烧温度来确保有机膨润土球团矿强度的稳定。此外,本文还从经济效益的角度给出了有机膨润土用于球团生产的可行性建议。Through laboratory and industrial experiments, the feasibility of replacing traditional inorganic bentonite with organic bentonite for pellet production is explored.The results show that the performance of organic bentonite is generally better than that of inorganic bentonite.After using organic bentonite, the unit consumption of bentonite decreases by 4.30 kg/t, and the grade of pellets increases by 0.2%.However, at the same time, it also leads to a decline in pelletizing production, an increase in consumption indicators, and a decrease in the compressive strength of finished balls.In actual production, the stability of the strength of the organic bentonite pellets can be ensured by reducing the speed of the chain grate, the output per table, and increasing the roasting temperature.In addition, the feasible suggestion for pellet production of organic bentonite is given from the point of view of economic benefits.
