摘　　要：[目的]综述近年来针灸调控脑能量代谢防治神经退行性疾病作用机制的研究进展,以期为进一步开展针灸调控脑能量代谢防治神经退行性疾病研究提供借鉴和参考。[方法]通过总结近几年的相关文献,以脑能量代谢为主线,就神经退行性疾病发病机制中的神经元葡萄糖摄取、跨膜转运和氧化代谢等脑能量代谢过程,探讨针灸调控脑能量代谢途径防治神经退行性疾病的作用机制。[结果]针灸可以通过葡萄糖代谢信号通路、胰岛素信号通路以及能量代谢等途径,调控相关蛋白的表达,保护脑能量代谢过程,改善神经退行性变,减轻疾病症状,从而发挥防治神经退行性疾病的作用。[结论]针灸作为一种替代辅助疗法,能够通过调控脑能量代谢途径来改善神经退行性疾病的症状。[Objective] To summarize the research progress of the mechanism of acupuncture-regulated brain energy metabolism to prevent and treat neurodegenerative diseases in recent years, with a view to provide reference for further research on the regulation of brain energy metabolism by acupuncture in the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. [Methods] Based on the main line of brain energy metabolism, this paper reviewed and summarized the relevant literature in recent years, and discussed the mechanisms of acupuncture-regulated brain energy metabolism pathways to prevent and treat neurodegenerative diseases from the aspect of the neuronal glucose uptaking, transmembrane transportation and oxidative metabolism. [Results] Acupuncture can regulate the expression of related proteins, protect the process of brain energy metabolism, improve neurodegeneration and alleviate the symptoms of diseases through the pathways of glucose metabolism signaling pathway, insulin signaling pathway and energy metabolism, and plays a role in the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. [Conclusion] As an alterative complementary therapy, acupuncture can relieve the symptoms of neurodegenerative diseases by regulating the brain energy metabolism pathways.
