摘　　要：目的分析心脏彩超对高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者心功能检测的价值。方法选择2020年6月-2021年6月佛山市南海区第五人民医院收治的高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者45例为研究组,同期选择接受健康体检者45例为对照组,两组均进行心脏彩超检查,对比两组检查结果。结果研究组LVEDD(55.58±4.64)mm、LVESD(58.58±2.73)mm和E/A值(14.25±3.55)比对照组高;研究组LVEF(56.43±4.27)%低于对照组(P<0.05);比较Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者的心脏彩超结果,发现随着心功能分级上升,LVEDD、LVESD和E/A值可逐渐提高,LVEF逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组检查总依从率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床采用心脏彩超诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭,其诊断价值显著,可为临床诊治提供有效依据。Objective To analyze the value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in detecting cardiac function in patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,45 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure were selected as the study group,and 45 patients who underwent healthy physical examination were selected as the control group during the same period.Both groups underwent cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination,to compare the two inspection results.Results The LVEDD(55.58±4.64)mm,LVESD(58.58±2.73)mm and E/A value(14.25±3.55)of the study group were higher than those of the control group;LVEF(56.43±4.27)%of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);comparing the cardiac color Doppler ultrasound results of patients with gradesⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ,it is found that as the grade of cardiac function increases,the values of LVEDD,LVESD and E/A can gradually increase,while LVEF gradually decreases,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of the total compliance rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure has significant diagnostic value and can provide an effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
