山西省吕梁地区二甲医院护士对儿童青少年高血压知识掌握的现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 调查山西省吕梁地区二甲医院护士对儿童青少年高血压知识的掌握情况及其影响因素。方法 选取2021年2~12月山西省吕梁地区5所二甲医院在岗的临床护士746名为研究对象,采用自行设计的临床护士对儿童青少年高血压知识评估量表和一般资料调查表,对其进行调查。结果 746名临床护士的儿童青少年高血压知识总得分为(64.27±3.91)分,得分率为60.1%。山西省吕梁地区二甲医院护士对儿童青少年高血压知识多元线性回归分析显示,是否参加儿童青少年高血压知识培训是影响山西省吕梁地区二甲医院护士对儿童青少年高血压知识掌握的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 山西省吕梁地区二甲医院护士对儿童青少年高血压知识掌握呈中等偏低水平,其原因受到多种因素的影响,医院应该关注儿童青少年高血压相关知识的培训,为提高“人本位”护理的内涵,确保儿童青少年高血压患者的优质护理,提供理论基础。Objective To investigate the knowledge of hypertension among children and adolescents and its influencing factors among nurses in the second class a hospital in Lvliang, Shanxi Province. Methods 746 clinical nurses in five second class hospitals in Lvliang, Shanxi Province from February to December 2021 were selected as the research object. The self-designed clinical nurses’ knowledge evaluation scale and general information questionnaire of hypertension in children and adolescents were used to investigate them. Results The total score of 746 clinical nurses in children and adolescents with hypertension knowledge was(64.27±3.91), and the score rate was 60.1%. Multiple linear regression analysis of nurses’ knowledge of hypertension among children and adolescents in the second class hospital in Lvliang, Shanxi Province showed that whether to participate in the training of hypertension knowledge among children and adolescents was the main factor affecting nurses’ mastery of hypertension knowledge among children and adolescents in the second class hospital in Lvliang, Shanxi Province(P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses in the second class hospital in Lvliang, Shanxi Province have a medium and low level of knowledge of hypertension among children and adolescents,which is affected by many factors. Hospitals should pay attention to the training of hypertension related knowledge among children and adolescents, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the connotation of "people-oriented" nursing and ensuring the high-quality nursing of children and adolescents with hypertension.
