手部烧伤患者康复早期生活质量干预方案的构建

摘　　要：目的 手部烧伤患者康复早期生活质量干预方案与干预效果。方法 随机抽取2021年7月-2022年7月本院收治的手烧烫伤病人80例,患者知情并随机分为对照组与观察组,其中对照组40例,行创面修复后康复治疗;观察组40例,行常规治疗同时采取多学科合作康复管理,评价两组患者综合干预效果。结果 两组患者干预后手功能评分均升高,且观察组干预后手功能评分高于对照组;护理后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组;观察组干预后的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)以及肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对手部烧伤患者采取多学科合作康复管理,可提高患者早期生活质量,改善手功能,减轻创面的炎症反应,加快病情的恢复。Objective To explore the intervention plan and effect of quality of life in early rehabilitation of hand burn patients. Methods 80 patients with hand burn and scald treated in our department from July 2021 to July 2022 were randomly selected. The patients were informed and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group: 40 cases received rehabilitation treatment after wound repair. Observation group: 40 cases were treated with routine treatment and multidisciplinary cooperative rehabilitation management. The comprehensive intervention effect of the two groups was evaluated. Results The hand function scores of the two groups increased after intervention, and the hand function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;After nursing, the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-ɑ(TNF-ɑ) in the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary cooperative rehabilitation management can improve the early quality of life, improve hand function, reduce the inflammatory reaction of wound and accelerate the recovery of hand burn patients.
