摘　　要：目的分析面瘫患者应用温针灸治疗的临床效果。方法以深圳市龙岗区第二人民医院2019年10月-2021年6月收治的60例面瘫患者为本次研究对象,并以随机数字法分为对照组(30例,保守药物治疗)和治疗组(30例,温针灸治疗),对比分析两组患者的治疗有效率及治疗前后的症状评分(下颌角/耳后疼痛、面部表情肌瘫痪、眼裂闭合不全、口角下垂)、面部麻痹指数与麻痹程度。结果对照组的治疗有效率显著低于治疗组(P<0.05),且两组患者治疗前的症状评分、麻痹指数与麻痹程度均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但治疗后的治疗组患者其各项症状评分、麻痹指数与麻痹程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以温针灸治疗面瘫患者,可快速改善患者临床症状,缓解面部神经麻痹情况,进而取得理想的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warm acupuncture on patients with facial paralysis. Methods 60 patients with facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the objects of this study, and were divided into control group(30 cases,conservative drug treatment) and treatment group(30 cases, warm acupuncture treatment) by random number method. The treatment efficiency, symptom score(mandibular Angle/posterior ear pain, facial expression muscle paralysis, eye fissure incomplete, drooping corners), facial paralysis index and degree of paralysis were compared and analyzed between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The treatment effectiveness of the control group is significantly lower than that of the treatment group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in symptom score, paralysis index and degree of paralysis between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05), but the symptom score, paralysis index and degree of paralysis in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with facial paralysis, relieve facial nerve paralysis, and then achieve ideal therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical application.
