摘　　要：目的总结新冠肺炎疫情常态防控形势下行床旁超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺活检术患者的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2020年7~12月广东省人民医院接诊的78例行床旁超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺活检术患者的临床资料,探讨其围手术期护理。结果所有患者均顺利完成床旁超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺活检术,穿刺成功率为100.00%(78/78),穿刺过程及术后未出现血肿感染、虚脱等明显并发症,疼痛评分为1~2分。结论有效的护理干预可保证穿刺活检术顺利完成,保障患者治疗安全,提高患者舒适性。Objective Summary of nursing measures of patients for bedside ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy of thyroid under the situation of normalized Corona Virus Disease 2019 prevention and control.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients undergoing bedside ultrasoundguided fine needle aspiration biopsy of thyroid,treated by the Department of Thyroid Hernia Surgery of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital,from July 2020 to December 2020,were retrospectively analyzed to explore their perioperative care.Results All patients successfully completed the bedside ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy of thyroid,with a puncture success rate of 100.00%(78/78),and there were no obvious complications such as hematoma infection and collapse during the puncture process and after surgery,with a pain score of 1~2 points.Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can ensure the smooth completion of puncture biopsy,ensure the treatment safety of patients,and improve patient comfort.
