接种不同剂量乙肝疫苗的免疫效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察接种不同剂量乙肝疫苗的免疫效果。方法 数据来源本院预防接种门诊2018年1月1日至2019年12月31日期间的120例接种乙肝疫苗成人的相关资料,按“接种剂量差异性”分低剂量组(低剂量接种,3次,10μg/次,n=60)、高剂量组(高剂量接种,3次,20μg/次,n=60),两组接种免疫效果比较分析。结果 两组比较不良反应占比无差异,P>0.05;高剂量组GMT水平高于低剂量组;全程接种疫苗1个月后,高剂量组抗-HBs阳转率(95.00%)高于低剂量组(83.33%),高剂量组抗-HBs未阳转率(5.00%)低于低剂量组(16.67%);全程接种疫苗6个月高剂量组的HBsAb阳性率(96.67%)、24个月的HBsAb阳性率(88.33%)高于低剂量组(86.67%、73.33%),P<0.05。结论 接种高剂量乙肝疫苗可提高受种者的抗-HBs阳转率、GMT水平,不会增加不良反应、具有较高安全性能,值得推崇。Objective To observe the immune effect of different doses of hepatitis B vaccine. Methods The data were collected from 120 adults vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine in the vaccination clinic of our hospital from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019. According to the "vaccination dose difference", they were divided into a low-dose group(low-dose vaccination, three times, 10 μg/times, n=60) and a high-dose group(high-dose vaccination, three times, 20 μg/times, n=60). The immunization effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no difference in the proportion of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);GMT level in high-dose group was higher than that in low-dose group;One month after the full course of vaccination, the anti HBs positive conversion rate in the high-dose group(95.00%) was higher than that in the low-dose group(83.33%), and the anti HBs non positive conversion rate in the high-dose group(5.00%) was lower than that in the low-dose group(16.67%);The HBs Ab positive rates of the high-dose group(96.67%) and the high-dose group(88.33%) were higher than those of the low-dose group 86.67% and 73.33% in the whole course of vaccination for 6 months and 24 months(P<0.05). Conclusion High-dose hepatitis B vaccine can improve the anti HBs positive conversion rate and GMT level of recipients, without increasing adverse reactions, and has high safety performance, which is worthy of praise.
