急腹症诊断中全面腹部超声的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨急腹症诊断中全面腹部超声的临床价值分析。方法 从2019年1月至2021年12月的住院患者中,选择100例住院期间突发急腹症患者为研究工作对象,运用随机抽签法分为两组,分别命名为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组患者实施腹部超声检查方法,研究组实施全面腹部超声检查方法。结果 研究组的检查时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的诊断时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的检查诊断符合率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的检查诊断总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过检查后,研究组急腹症患者误诊率2.00%、漏诊率2.00%低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 运用中全面腹部超声检查诊断急腹症,检查时间、诊断时间均明显缩短,而且可以取得较高临床诊断符合率、临床检查诊断满意度,有重要作用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods Among the inpatients from January 2019 to December 2021, 100 patients with acute abdomen during hospitalization were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups, namely the study group(50 cases) and the control group(50 cases). The patients in the control group were examined by abdominal ultrasound, while the patients in the study group were examined by comprehensive abdominal ultrasound. Results The examination time of the study group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);The diagnosis time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);The coincidence rate of examination and diagnosis in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After examination, the misdiagnosis rate of 2.00% and missed diagnosis rate of 2.00% in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of medium and comprehensive abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen can significantly shorten the examination time and diagnosis time, and can achieve a higher clinical diagnosis coincidence rate and satisfaction with clinical examination diagnosis, which is of great value.
