类风湿关节炎诊断中免疫学检验联合检测的应用效果

摘　　要：目的对免疫学检验联合检验在类风湿关节炎诊断之中的价值进行探析。方法将我院2017年12月至2018年12月所收治的50例类风湿关节炎患者设为试验组,另选取同期与我院接受健康体检的50名正常人群设为对照组,并对两组研究对象的类风湿因子、抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体、免疫球蛋白G、补体C3以及C4指标进行综合检验,详细收集整个试验过程中的各项检测数据,方便后期进行对比分析。结果试验组类风湿因子、抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体水平及阳性率比较上均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组免疫球蛋白G水平比之对照组也更高,且两组数据差经软件分析后得到P<0.05;试验组补体C_(3)、C_(4)水平比之对照组更低,且两组数据差经软件分析后得到P<0.05。结论在类风湿关节炎的诊断之中联合检测免疫学指标,对于提高诊断准确率有着十分积极的作用。Objective To analyze the value of combined immunological test in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Our hospital in December 2017 to December 2018,50 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients as test group,and in the same period and 50 cases of normal people in our receiving health examination as the control group,and the two groups of rheumatoid factor,anti-citrullinate peptide antibodies,immunoglobulin G,complement C3 and C4 index,and compare the test results.Results According to the data results,the rheumatoid factor,anti-citrulline peptide antibody levels and positive rate in the test group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin G level in the test group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complement C_(3)and C_(4)levels in the test group were significantly lower than the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of immunology indicators in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis has a very positive role in improving the diagnostic accuracy.
