小儿反复呼吸道感染应用整体护理模式的效果及并发症影响

摘　　要：目的 论整体护理模式应用在小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿中对临床疗效和预后产生的影响。方法 对2020年1月至2020年12月来我院治疗的92例小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿通过抽签(奇偶数)方法分为观察组(46例)与对照组(46例)。分别对两组患儿实施整体护理模式(观察组)和常规护理(对照组),比较护理效果。结果 (1)观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(97.83%vs80.43%)。(2)观察组的扁桃体充血缓解时间、发热症状缓解时间、鼻塞症状缓解时间和咳嗽症状缓解时间都比对照组短。(3)观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(10.87%vs. 32.61%)。结论 将整体护理模式应用在小儿反复呼吸道感染的护理当可以有效提升患儿的治疗有效率,缩短患儿各项症状的缓解时间,降低并发症的发生率,值得推荐。Objective To discuss the effect of holistic nursing model on clinical efficacy and prognosis in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods Ninety-two children with recurrent respiratory tract infection who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into observation group(46 cases) and control group(46 cases) by drawing lots(odd even number). Holistic nursing mode(observation group) and routine nursing(control group) were carried out respectively for the two groups of children, and the nursing effect was compared. Results(1) The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.83% vs 80.43%).(2) The relief time of tonsil congestion, fever, nasal congestion and cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.(3) The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(10.87% vs. 32.61%). Conclusion The application of holistic nursing mode in the nursing of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of children, shorten the relief time of various symptoms, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of recommendation.
