摘　　要：联合国世界车辆法规协调论坛(WP.29)于2020年11月通过了《车辆起步信息系统(MOIS)》(UN R159)法规,该法规于2021年6月10日生效.本文对该法规内容进行解读,并与相关国家标准进行比对分析,为国家标准下一步修订提供参考依据.The World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations(WP.29) adopted the “Regulation on Moving off Information System(MOIS) ”(UN R159) in November 2020, which came into effect on June 10, 2021. This paper interprets the content of the regulation, compares and analyzes the regulation and the relevant Chinese standard. It provides reference for the next-step developing of relevant National Standards.
