摘 要:液相色谱串联质谱技术(LC-MS/MS)是结合液相高分离与质谱高选择及高灵敏的一种分析方法。近年来,LC-MS/MS广泛应用于临床实践,包括先天性疾病筛查、内源性化合物水平测定、生物标志物分析等方面。因LC-MS/MS可提供准确的数据,所以对临床某些疾病的精准预防及诊治具有重要价值。本文阐述LC-MS/MS在精准医疗中的应用优势,并展望其在临床实践中的未来前景,以期推动临床LC-MS/MS技术在疾病预防和诊治中的发展。Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)is an analytical method that combines high separation of liquid chromatography with high selectivity and sensitivity of mass spectrometry.In recent years,LC-MS/MS has been widely used in clinical practice,including screening of inherited disorders,determination of endogenous compounds and analysis of biomarkers.LC-MS/MS is of great value to the precision prevention,diagnosis and treatment of some diseases due to its accurate data.This article not only illustrates the advantages of LC-MS/MS in precision medicine,but also prospects the future trend of LC-MS/MS in clinical practice,which expects to promote the development of clinical LC-MS/MS in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
