左西孟旦对冠心病合并心力衰竭患者心室重构及血清hs-CRP、IGF-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨左西孟旦对冠心病合并心力衰竭患者心室重构及血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平的影响。方法74例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用左西孟旦治疗,比较两组的心室重构指标及血清hs-CRP、IGF-1水平。结果治疗后,两组的LVPWT、LVPWd、LVPWs均低于治疗前,且观察组的LVPWT、LVPWd、LVPWs均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前,IGF-1水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组的血清hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组,IGF-1水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦可有效缓解冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的心室重构,改善其血清hs-CRP、IGF-1水平。Objective To explore the impact of levosimendan on ventricular remodeling and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)levels in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods 74patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine therapy,and the observation group was treated with levosimendan on the basis of the control group.The ventricular remodeling indicators and the levels of serum hs-CRP and IGF-1 were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,LVPWT,LVPWd and LVPWs in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and LVPWT,LVPWd and LVPWs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum hs-CRP levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the IGF-1 levels were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The serum hs-CRP level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the IGF-1 level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Levosimendan can effectively alleviate ventricular remodeling in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,and improve their serum hs-CRP and IGF-1 levels.
