摘 要:目的探讨血液及尿液标本检验在慢性乙型肝炎患者鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的100例慢性乙型肝炎患者,均进行血液及尿液样本HBV-DNA检测,以及血液样本HBeAg检测。比较血液与尿液样本的HBV-DNA阳性率,比较血HBeAg阳性与阴性患者的尿HBV-DNA阳性率。结果100例患者中,血液样本的HBV-DNA阳性率为76.00%,高于尿液样本的25.00%(P<0.05)。血HBeAg阳性组患者的尿HBV-DNA阳性率为30.26%,高于血HBeAg阴性组患者的8.33%(P<0.05)。结论血液HBV-DNA检测是诊断慢性乙型肝炎的重要方法,乙型肝炎病毒可经由血液及尿液传播,明确其传播途径并制定针对性筛查措施对于疾病的控制及预防具有重要价值。Objective To explore the application value of blood and urine specimen tests in differential diagnosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected for HBV-DNA detection in blood and urine samples and HBeAg detection in blood sample.The positive rates of HBV-DNA in blood and urine samples were compared,and the positive rates of HBV-DNA in urine were compared between patients with positive blood HBeAg and patients with negative blood HBeAg.Results Among 100 patients,the positive rate of blood HBV-DNA in blood sample was 76.00%,higher than 25.00% in urine sample(P<0.05).The positive rate of urine HBV-DNA in the blood HBeAg positive group was 30.26%,higher than 8.33% in the blood HBeAg negative group(P<0.05).Conclusions Blood HBV-DNA detection is an important method for the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B.Hepatitis B virus can be transmitted through blood and urine.Identifying the transmission route and developing targeted screening measures are of great value for disease control and prevention.
