摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理模式在ICU呼吸机支持患者中的临床应用效果。方法60例ICU呼吸机支持治疗患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用集束化护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的机械通气时间、ICU入住时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的口腔清洁度评分显著高于对照组,APACHEⅡ评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理模式可明显缩短ICU呼吸机支持患者的机械通气时间、ICU入住时间和住院时间,改善口腔清洁度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of cluster nursing mode in ICU patients with ventilator support.Methods 60 ICU patients treated with ventilator support were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the oral cleanliness score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the APACHEⅡscore was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 3.33%,significantly lower than 26.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing mode can significantly shorten the mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay time and hospitalization time of ICU patients with ventilator support,improve oral cleanliness and reduce the incidence of complications.
