摘　　要：目的分析尿毒症高通量血液透析(HFHD)患者心脏瓣膜钙化(CVC)发生情况及其影响因素。方法回顾性分析2019年10月至2020年10月在我院行HFHD治疗的160例尿毒症患者的临床资料,统计治疗期间CVC发生情况,分析CVC发生的影响因素。结果160例尿毒症HFHD患者中,发生CVC 61例(38.13%)。单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高血磷水平、高CRP水平及低MGP水平是尿毒症HFHD患者发生CVC的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论尿毒症HFHD患者CVC的发生受其血磷、CRP、MGP水平影响,临床须对上述影响因素重点关注并制定针对性干预措施,以减少CVC的发生。Objective To analyze the occurrence of cardiac valve calcification(CVC)in uremic patients with high flux hemodialysis(HFHD)and its influencing factors.Methods The clinical data of 160 uremic patients treated with HFHD in our hospital from October 2019to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The occurrence of CVC during treatment was counted and the influencing factors for the occurrence of CVC were analyzed.Results Among 160 uremic patients with HFHD,CVC occurred in 61 cases(38.13%).Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high blood phosphorus level,high CRP level and low MGP level were risk factors for the occurrence of CVC in uremic patients with HFHD(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The occurrence of CVC in uremic patients with HFHD is affected by their blood phosphorus,CRP and MGP levels.Clinical attention should be paid to the above influencing factors and targeted interventions should be formulated to reduce the occurrence of CVC.
