摘　　要：中医典籍《伤寒论》对于伤寒杂病,特别是外感病证的治疗影响深远,为后世温病学奠定了基础。文章结合临床观察,论述《伤寒论》中关于温病三个典型方证——桂枝二越婢一汤、麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤、葛根汤证对于外感温病的治疗,探究《伤寒论》中温病理论及与后世温病学的关系、经方的应用范围,力争为进一步提高治疗温病的临床疗效打下坚实的理论基础,为临床治疗提供更多参考。Shanghan Lun《伤寒论》has a profound impact on the treatment of typhoid and warm diseases,especially exogenous syndrome.It laid a foundation for later generations.In combination with clinical observation,this paper discusses three typical prescriptions on typhoid fever,explore the theory of febrile disease and the application of dassical prescriptions,in order to further improve the clinical efficacy of the treatment for febrile disease and providea reference for clinical treatment.
