肃金方联合西医治疗感染性咳嗽的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肃金方联合西医治疗感染性咳嗽的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年6月收治的120例感染性咳嗽,根据治疗方法分为肃金方组和对照组各60例。对照组予常规药物治疗,肃金方组在此基础上给予肃金方治疗,2组均治疗2周。比较2组总有效率,咳嗽减轻时间、咳嗽消失时间及治疗5、7、10、14 d后咳嗽消失情况;治疗前后咳嗽程度评分(CET)、日间和夜间咳嗽症状积分、莱彻斯特咳嗽问卷(LCQ)评分,免疫功能指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)水平,痰液炎性因子[P物质(SP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平,以及不良反应发生情况。结果肃金方组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。肃金方组咳嗽减轻时间、咳嗽消失时间短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗5、7、10、14 d后肃金方组咳嗽消失率高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗1周后、治疗2周后,2组CET评分、日间和夜间咳嗽症状积分均低于治疗前,且肃金方组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1周后、治疗2周后,2组LCQ评分均高于治疗前,且肃金方组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后、治疗2周后肃金方组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后、治疗2周后,2组SP、TNF-α、IL-8均低于治疗前,且肃金方组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论肃金方联合西医治疗可促进感染性咳嗽患者症状减轻,提高细胞免疫功能,抑制气道炎症,增强疗效,且具有一定安全性。Objective To explore the effect of Sujin formula combined with Western medicine in the treatment of infectious cough and its effect on immune function.Methods A total of 120 patients with infectious cough admitted from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into Sujin prescription group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the Sujin formula group was given Sujin formula on the basis of this treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The total effective rate,cough relief time,cough disappearance time and cough disappearance at 5,7,10 and 14 d after treatment were compared between the two groups.Cough severity score(CSS),daytime and nighttime cough symptom scores,Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ)scores,levels of immune function indicators(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)before and after treatment,the levels of sputum inflammatory factors[substance P(SP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)]before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of Sujin formula group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).The duration of cough relief and cough disappearance in Sujin formula group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.01).At 5,7,10,14 d after treatment,the rate of cough disappearance in Sujin formula group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).At 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,CET score,daytime and nighttime cough symptom score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and lower in Sujin formula group than in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,LCQ score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and higher in Sujin formula group than in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in Sujin formula group were higher than those before treatment,and higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 week and 2 weeks after trea
