摘 要:叶绿素荧光参数可以反映植物对水分变化的响应,依托宁夏中宁红柳沟产区小盐池滩枸杞基地开展的灌溉试验,研究了不同灌溉条件对枸杞叶绿素荧光特性以及产量的影响,表明:不同的灌水条件对枸杞的叶绿素变化影响较为显著,枸杞叶绿色的含量在一定范围内随着灌水量的增加而增加,但其与灌水量的大小没有线性关系;在枸杞果实成熟期,叶绿素含量增大,在休眠期及落叶期叶绿素含量减少;不同灌水处理下初始荧光Fo先上升后下降,最大荧光产量Fm呈现先下降后上升趋势;随着灌水量的增加在一定范围内可以实现增产,但灌水量超过384.23 m^(3)/667 m^(2)时,产量与灌水量不呈正相关关系。Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters can reflect the response of plants to water changes.In this paper,an irrigation experiment was conducted in Xiaoyanchitan Lycium barbarum Base in Hongliugou of Zhongning in China to study the effects of different irrigation conditions on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and yield of Lycium barbarum.The results showed that different irrigation conditions had a significant effect on the chlorophyll change of Lycium barbarum.The green content of lycium barbarum leaves increased with the increase of irrigation amount in a certain range,but it had no linear relationship with the amount of irrigation amount.The content of chlorophyll increased at the ripening stage of fruit of lycium barbarum,but decreased at the dormant stage and deciduous stage.Under different irrigation treatments,the initial fluorescence Fo increased first and then decreased,and the maximum fluorescence yield Fm decreased first and then increased.With the increase of irrigation amount,the yield-increasing could be realized to a certain degree,but there was no positive correlation between yield and irrigation amount when the irrigation amount was more than 384.23 m^(3)/667 m^(2).
