摘 要:研究以谷子白发病菌为供试菌株,采用室内菌丝生长速率法、比色法等测定甲霜灵对谷子白发病菌菌丝生长、细胞膜透性、甘油、胞外多糖和草酸含量的影响。结果表明:35%甲霜灵对谷子白发病菌的EC50值为20.33μg/mL;经20μg/mL和40μg/mL的35%甲霜灵处理后病原菌菌丝多数弯曲、有不规则突起结构、菌丝生长形态遭到破坏。经20μg/mL 35%甲霜灵处理后谷子白发病菌相对电导率显著增加,且甘油含量为15.80 mg/g,较CK处理显著增加了3.16倍。经20μg/mL 35%甲霜灵处理后谷子白发病菌的胞外多糖和草酸含量分别为60.26μg/mL和0.07μg/mL,较CK处理显著降低了84.44%和73.08%。研究进一步明确甲霜灵对谷子白发病菌的影响,可有效防控谷子白发病菌在田间发病率,提高经济和生态效益。In this study,millet Selerospora graminicola was used as the tested strain,the effect of metalaxyl on the mycelial growth of S.graminicola,cell membrane permeability,glycerol,extracellular polysaccharide and oxalate acid content was determined by indoor mycelium growth rate and colorimetric method.The results showed that the EC50 value of the S.graminicola treated with 35%metalaxyl was 20.33μg/mL;most of the pathogen mycelia treated with 35%metalaxyl at the concentration of 20μg/mL and 40μg/mL were curved and had irregular protuberance structure,and mycelial morphology was destroyed.The relative conductivity of S.graminicola was significantly increased by 20μg/mL 35%metalaxyl treatment,and the glycerol content was 15.80 mg/g,significantly increased by 3.16 times than CK treatment.The content of exopolysaccharide and oxalic acid of S.graminicola treated with 20μg/mL 35%metalaxyl was 60.26μg/mL and 0.07μg/mL.Compared with CK treatment,the content of exopolysaccharide and oxalic acid of S.graminicola was significantly reduced by 84.44%and 73.08%,respectively.This study clarified the impact of metalaxyl on S.graminicola,which could effectively prevent and control the incidence of S.graminicola in the field,and improve the economic and ecological benefits.
