防排烟系统对洁净室不利影响的统计分析

摘　　要：将洁净厂房中的防排烟系统对洁净室的影响作为研究对象,得出常见的防排烟设计对洁净室存在一定的不利影响。计算分析了全国294个城市的气象参数,19.4%的城市的洁净室可能因防排烟管道造成房间之间空气连通或室外空气倒灌;59.2%的城市的洁净室夏季可能因防排烟管道产生冷凝水。提出了减小不利影响的具体措施。In this paper,the smoke control system of the clean room is studied,and it concludes that the common design of smoke control and exhaust system has a certain negative effect on the clean room.The paper calculates and analyzes the meteorological parameters of 294 cities across the country,due to the smoke control duct,19.4%of the clean rooms in cities may cause air connection between rooms or outdoor air backfilling,59.2%of the clean rooms in cities may produce condensation water in summer.This paper also gives specific measures to reduce the adverse impact.
