摘  要:采用双翼型翅片管水冷的浇注式变压器具有散热能力强、安全性高等特点,可以满足船舶、海上风电等应用场合对变压器提出的高功率密度、高防护和密闭柜体安装等需求。文中针对双翼型翅片管水冷绕组提出一种精细化的热路建模方法。首先,采用特定路径方法建立冷却单元传导热阻解析模型,有限元验证平均误差为3.2%。根据传热特征将水冷绕组分为导体层、冷却层和表面层分别进行建模,并在模型中考虑温度–铜耗耦合关系、管内强迫对流及表面层自然对流过程,在此基础上提出翅片管式水冷绕组的通用热路模型。最后,以1.15MVA船用整流变压器为典型案例开展计算与分析,基于模型优选冷却层排布方案。制造实验样机并开展温升实验。实验表明,热路模型的误差小于5%,验证了建模方法的有效性。Water-cooled epoxy-cast transformers using double-wing finned tubes have advantages of strong heat dissipation and high security, which can meet the requirements of high-power density, high protection, and closed cabinet installation in applications such as ships and offshore wind power. A detailed thermal network modeling method was proposed for the water-cooled winding with double-wing finned tubes. Firstly, according to the specific heat flow path in the different subregions, an analytical model for the thermal conduction resistance of the cooling unit was derived and verified by FEM simulations with an average error of 3.2%.Then, according to the heat transfer characteristics, the water-cooled winding was divided into the conductor layer, the cooling layer, and the surface layer. The thermal network models of different layers were built respectively, in which the temperature-loss coupling, the forced convection in the tube and natural convection on the surface were considered. On this basis, a general thermal network model of the water-cooled winding with finned tubes was proposed. Finally, the calculation and analysis were carried out with the 1.15MVA marine rectifier transformer as a typical case, and the arrangement of the cooling layers was optimized. An experimental prototype was manufactured and the temperature-rise experiment was carried out. The experiment shows that the error of thermal network model is within 5%,and verifies the effectiveness of the modeling method.
