摘  要:该文提出一种单变流器驱动多分段并联供电的长初级双边直线感应电动机(longprimarydouble-sidedlinear inductionmotor,LP-DSLIM)系统数学模型和次级磁场定向控制策略。首先,结合分段LP-DSLIM单元电机的电压、磁链方程,对单变流器驱动的多分段并联LP-DSLIM系统进行分析,推导得到系统总次级磁链和次级推力方程;然后,按总次级磁链进行定向,推导得到以耦合因数为权值的加权初级电流d轴分量与总次级磁链的关系、q轴分量与次级推力的关系,设计总次级磁链和次级推力的控制律,减小次级过初级分段的推力波动。针对典型的加速要求设计包含推力前馈的速度控制器。仿真和实验验证单变流器驱动多分段并联LP-DSLIM系统模型和控制策略的有效性。This paper proposed a mathematical model and a secondary field-oriented control strategy for long primary double-sided linear induction motor(LP-DSLIM) segmented in parallel fed by a single inverter. First, combined with the voltage and flux equations of the segmented LP-DSLIM unit motor, the LP-DSLIM segmented in parallel fed by a single inverter was analyzed. The total secondary flux linkage equation and thrust equation of the system were derived. Then,the system was oriented to the total secondary flux linkage. The relationship between the total secondary flux linkage and the d-axis component of primary current weighted by the coupling factor, the relationship between secondary thrust and the q-axis component of primary current weighted by the coupling factor were derived. The control laws of the secondary flux linkage and thrust were designed, which reduced the thrust fluctuation when the secondary went through primary segments. For the typical acceleration requirement, a speed controller that contains a thrust feedforward was designed. Simulation and experimental results verified the effectiveness of the system model and control strategy.
