摘　　要：我国综合国力的不断提高,促进和带动各个行业获得更好发展,其中建筑行业最具代表性。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对装饰装修也提出更高、更多的要求,越来越多的新工艺与新技术应运而生。装配式装修就是紧紧跟随时代发展脚步,所呈现出来的新型概念,将其与传统装修方式进行比较,二者之间有很大的差异,装配式装修的优势和特点极多,完全能够满足业主所提出来的个性化需求。因此,本篇文章主要对新建居住的建筑装备式装修应用进行认真的分析,以作参考。The continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength has promoted and driven the better development of various industries,among which the construction industry is the most representative.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,they propose higher and more requirements for decoration,and more new processes and technologies have emerged.Prefabricated decoration is a new concept presented to closely follow the development pace of the times,and has a great difference compared with the traditional decoration method.There are extremely numerous advantages and characteristics of prefabricated decoration,which is fully able to meet the personalized needs proposed by the owner.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the application of prefabricated decoration for new residential buildings,serving as the reference.
